. To perform full set accounting
. Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
. Present monthly financial analysis & report to HQ & Management
. Ensure accurate closing of accounts
. Maintain up-to-date Fixed Asset Listing and Balance sheet Schedule.
Strong General Ledger (GL) knowledge
Handle AP & AR.
. Perform Tax Computation / Tax Estimation
Perform monthly GST filing as company is under IDGS scheme.
. Responsible for liaisons with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, custom officers, etc
. Provide weekly cashflow report, monthly bank reconciliations & monthly creditor reconciliation
Be in charge of company cashbook
. Responsible for year-end audit, prepare audit schedule and statutory financial statements
. Any ad hoc task by higher management
