Responsibilities:

Analyze and translate building and planning regulations into clear, unambiguous user stories aligned with Agile methodologies.
Design rule logic and validation algorithms for automated BIM model checks, defining precise acceptance criteria with measurable pass/fail outcomes.
Liaise with regulatory consultants, architects, and software developers to facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT sessions for compliance-related features.
Collaborate with software developers to define data schemas and model element requirements while maintaining living documentation that maps regulatory requirements to technical implementation.
Serve as the technical expert for all BIM-related software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Rhino.Inside.Revit) and workflows, providing hands-on guidance and support to project teams.
Support the development team by troubleshooting complex BIM issues, proposing solutions, and addressing project-specific technical challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Dynamo, and Grasshopper.
Basic working knowledge of Python or C#.
Familiarity with IFC schemas and understanding of regulatory frameworks (BCA, URA, SCDF).
Experience in user requirements gathering, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working with Agile methodologies.
Background in QA/testing methodologies for software or BIM tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including:
PowerPoint: Professional reporting and presentation development
Excel: Pivot tables, charting, formulas
