We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team! Your tasks

Lead fast-paced EMC test & measurement engineering projects (typical delivery 4–6 months), ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Plan, schedule and manage projects end-to-end in terms of scope, timeline, resources and budget
Define and maintain project plans, milestones and deliverables; update plans proactively as risks change
Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders: Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing and local subsidiaries; Manage external stakeholders: test labs, end users and contract suppliers
Track project budget, approve expenditures within authority, and escalate budget issues on time
Produce regular status reporting to stakeholders and senior management; highlight risks, mitigations and forecast
Maintain business dashboards and KPIs to track project performance and test results
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and manage contingencies to protect schedule and cost

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ engineering project management experience; EMC experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage projects in fast-turnover environments (4–6-month timelines)
Experience with budget management, contract/vendor oversight and stakeholder alignment
Proficient with project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, JIRA/ Confluence, SAC/ Tableau or its equivalent)
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Decisive, proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on risk management
Customer-oriented, with experience managing local subsidiaries’ relationships and end-user expectations
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to change
PMP certification is an advantage
