Job Description
- Manage end-to-end administration of adviser on-boarding, validation, and coding
- Maintain accurate records of adviser licensing and distribution assignments
- Support governance processes including annual compliance and fit & proper exercises
- Monitor and process policy allocations, reactivation, and suspension checks
- Deliver accurate reporting and ensure adherence to operational timelines
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve SOPs
- Support ongoing projects, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate, Distribution Sales Support (DSS) should have:
- Degree qualified with 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services operations
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
- Experience managing administrative workflows and compliance-related tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
