Job Description
- Manage end-to-end tracking of campaigns and incentive programmes
- Develop and maintain performance reports for distribution channels
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and timely delivery of reporting
- Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external distributors
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting on performance outcomes
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and templates
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and prioritise deliverables effectively
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate, Distribution Performance Management should have:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and Power Query)
- Experience with data visualisation or reporting tools (e.g., Qlik or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Experience within the insurance industry (added advantage)
