Key Responsibilities
- Support the laboratory team with daily operational and workflow activities.
- Assist in specimen collection, processing, and preparation for laboratory testing.
- Perform phlebotomy duties when required while maintaining a professional standard of patient care.
- Verify patient information accurately and uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
- Liaise with clinical teams to clarify laboratory requests and ensure timely specimen processing.
- Communicate laboratory test information accurately in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to facilitate efficient laboratory operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (CPT), Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline and above .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented with strong accuracy when handling data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work in the Central area.
