Clinic Officer

Training and guidance will be provided to support your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to incoming calls and respond to public enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and provide relevant information regarding clinic services.
- Register new and existing patients accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
- Assist with basic cashiering duties and payment transactions.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
- Training and guidance will be provided.
