Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with collecting payments from discharged patients
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Handle patient discharge procedures
- Arrange follow-up appointments for patients
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Strong passion to serve the patients.
- Minimally 1 year of experience in customer service-related roles.
