Accounts Supervisor - Accounts Receivable

What you'll be doing
Checking of daily accounting activities.
Foreign currency posting.
Bank reconciliation.
Take in of fixed assets and run monthly depreciation.
Prepare monthly journals and schedules.
Assist in the preparation of month end accounts.
Any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma in accounting preferred
2-3 years' experience in accounts receivable
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Excellent communication skill
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel
Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
Working Location: 55 Ubi Road 1 Singapore 408699
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 0900hrs to 1815hrs
Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
One Saturday per month: 0900hrs to 1300hrs
