- Salary: $2800 - $3800
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm + Alternate Saturday WFH, 8am to 12pm
- Location: Penjuru Lane (Company transport provided from Jurong East)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and service agreements for customers.
- Handle customer enquiries on rates, schedules, equipment availability and service offerings.
- Coordinate bookings and space arrangements based on customer requirements.
- Support Sales Managers in rate negotiation and contract administration.
- Liaise with internal departments including operations, equipment control, documentation and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
- Track bookings and update customers on shipment status in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records, rate filing and service agreements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Assist to resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
- Support new account development by following up on sales leads with the Sales team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales support reports, including quotations, bookings and customer performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as quotation turnaround time, booking accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Experience in sales support, customer service or shipping coordination will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, booking process and rate structures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with shipping systems such as CargoWise, INTTRA or related systems will be an advantage.
