Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Marketing Manager with strong beauty, or wellness industry experience to lead marketing growth .
This is not a general branding or content-only role. The successful candidate must be able to manage the full marketing funnel from social media content strategy, paid media, lead generation, WhatsApp enquiry conversion, appointment booking, show-up, sales tracking and actual cash collection.
This is a hands-on role. You will not be managing a team — you will be planning, creating, publishing and optimising personally, with support from outlet staff for on-site content.
The role is suited for someone who understands customers, positioning, trust-building content, high-ticket beauty services and performance marketing accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute premium social media marketing strategies for a high-end beauty .
* Manage the full social media marketing process, including content planning, shooting direction, copywriting, creative testing, posting schedule, paid boosting and performance review.
* Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
* Build content that protects premium brand positioning while generating quality leads and appointment enquiries.
* Work with outlet teams to collect customer case materials, treatment stories, testimonials and before/after content where consent is obtained.
* Improve the funnel from social media enquiry to WhatsApp response, booking, show-up, consultation, sale and cash collection.
* Track campaign performance based on qualified leads, bookings, show-ups, new-customer sales and net cash collected.
* Work closely with the outlet team to align marketing promises with the actual customer experience.
* Prepare weekly marketing performance reports with clear actions, numbers and next steps.
Requirements
* Proven hands-on marketing experience in beauty, manicure/Pedicure, skincare, wellness or a closely related consumer service industry.
* Strong understanding of social media marketing from strategy to execution, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu or similar platforms.
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including lead generation, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
* Able to manage both content marketing and performance marketing.
* Experience driving measurable marketing results, not only brand awareness or followers.
* Comfortable being accountable for leads, bookings, show-ups, new-customer sales and net cash collected.
* Able to work with store teams, therapists, consultants and management to create usable marketing content from daily operations.
* Strong analytical ability and able to prepare clear weekly performance reports.
* Suitable candidates should be practical, commercially minded and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
Not Suitable For
* Candidates who only manage branding without sales accountability.
* Candidates who only post content but do not track enquiries, appointments or revenue.
* Candidates who are unable to work directly with outlet teams and customer-facing staff.
