Sales Admin Assistant
Our client is a well-established company in the industrial and heavy equipment sector , providing machinery, engines, equipment, and related solutions to customers across various industries. The company works closely with principals, vendors, logistics partners, sales teams, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of customer projects.
Job Responsibilities
Raise POs to principals, including placing engine orders, preparing Indent Approval Forms (IAF), and confirming POs.
Prepare Single Source Forms (SSF) and POs for vendors.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to arrange deliveries and shipments.
Monitor ordering systems and track shipment status and details.
Process invoices received from principals and verify accuracy.
Compile and submit the required documentation to principals.
Liaise with principals on the submission of test reports and certifications to customers.
Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely completion.
Prepare dealsheets for P&E Purchase Orders.
Manage the end-to-end administrative process for assigned projects.
Prepare tax invoices and compile tax invoices for salespersons.
Handle budget revisions and updates when required.
Manage and respond promptly to a high volume of emails.
Prepare monthly reports and ensure all submissions meet required deadlines.
Coordinate closely with the Sales and Project teams to support smooth operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Admin Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Administrative experience in a sales administration, purchasing, project coordination, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access .

Salary: Up to S$3,200 basic per month
Completion Bonus
Employment Type: 1-year contract, renewable
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:10 PM
Annual Leave: 14 days
