As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle and escalate patient feedback to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Perform accurate patient registration and screening, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments.
- Maintain clinic readiness, including cleanliness and proper functioning of self-service kiosks and waiting areas.
- Ensure the clinic is fully prepared to receive the first patient 15 minutes before scheduled start.
- Support appointment coordination for both new and follow-up visits.
- Assist clinicians and therapists to facilitate smooth and efficient consultations.
- Monitor patient wait times and keep them informed proactively.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification with relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT tools.
- Strong team player with good collaborative skills.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Possess a service-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
