Job Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer databases and contact information to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and within set timelines to support sales operations
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and uncover new sales opportunities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer service through email, phone, and face-to-face communication channels
- Assist in preparing and managing sales presentations and proposals to support sales efforts
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments to optimize sales team productivity
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks including follow-up on sales materials and emails
- Assist in executing sales campaigns and promotions to drive business growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum local diploma or higher qualification
