Sales Engineer / Manager (Building Services)

Responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage existing accounts in Building Services / M&E.
- Promote and sell HVAC, ACMV, electrical or building systems solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation and quotation to project award.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end customers.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver suitable solutions.
- Monitor market trends, projects and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related field.
- 3–8 years’ experience in B2B sales within Building Services, M&E, HVAC/ACMV or related industries.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Able to develop new accounts and manage projects independently.
