Office Manager Responsibilities
A. Human Resource Management
- Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employment contracts, HR records, staff database, and documentation
- Prepare payroll, salary payments, payslips, and CPF submissions
- Track staff benefits, including annual leave, sick leave, and holiday requests
- Prepare HR documents, company letters, and employment references
- Manage staff administration and implement process improvements when required
B. Physical Plant
- Oversee physical plant; responsible for upgrades/maintenance.
- Develop and follow protocol for handling physical plant emergencies.
- Supervise cleaners; review and change cleaning supplier if studio sanitary and cleanliness standards are not met.
- Liaise with CDL for all Air-con extension matters, upgrades/maintenance.
- Sourcing and ordering company needed materials and equipment printing needs.
- Facilitate equipment deliveries and Installation.
C. Bookkeeping / Accounting Duties
- Accounting data entries.
- Tracking AP/AR.
- Filing company documents.
- Liaise with Company Corporate Secretary.
- Liaise with HTS Holdings Ltd and Flex Global
- Liaise with Accountant.
- Liaise with Vendors including banks.
- Assist conducting audits
D. Administrative Duties
- Organizing and booking Director travel arrangements.
- Organizing and booking of Guest Instructors, Educators inbound travel arrangements.
- Visa applications when needed.
