Overview
This role is for a Personal Finance Executive with a leading bank in Singapore, supporting both retail and premier clients. The position focuses on acquiring and managing high-net-worth and qualified depositor clients, driving business growth through active engagement, and delivering quality service while meeting regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard high-net-worth and qualified depositor clients through outreach, meetings, and networking
- Manage account opening processes, including KYC and regulatory documentation
- Cross-sell banking products such as remittances, home loans, and other financial services
- Maintain client relationships and ensure efficient handling of transactions and enquiries
- Resolve client issues promptly to reduce risk and improve satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML/CFT, and internal compliance requirements
- Work with internal teams and support additional initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- A diploma in any discipline
- Good understanding of retail banking products and services
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
