Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention
- Generate leads and arrange appointments to increase sales pipeline
- Present products and services effectively to potential clients to drive sales conversion
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into customers to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records for performance tracking
- Support business development initiatives, events, and campaigns to promote brand awareness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders
- Exhibit self-motivation and results-driven attitude to meet and exceed sales goals
- Apply good networking and relationship-building abilities to foster business growth
- Possess minimum A Levels or a Local Polytechnic Diploma as educational background
