Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results everyday. Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Strategy Define and drive KPI frameworks to ensure consistent service, quality, and productivity outcomes. Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations. Customer Management & Growth Strengthen strategic relationships with key customers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Proactively drive contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing business. Financial Performance & Commercials Own P&L, ensuring profitability through cost control, budgeting, and financial discipline. Implement gain-share and cost optimisation initiatives that benefit both customers and DHL. Resource & Infrastructure Optimization Align workforce, warehouse infrastructure, and systems for maximum efficiency and performance. Drive capability building and foster a high-performance operational culture. Safety, Compliance & Innovation Ensure full adherence to safety, regulatory, and risk management standards across operations. Leverage data, technology, and innovation to solve logistics challenges and enhance outcomes. Requirements 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with significant leadership experience. Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site operations and P&L responsibility. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Ability to lead large teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
