Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives while working closely with management and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and company websites.
• Create and oversee marketing content, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Manage the company's online presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Analyse marketing performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, media agencies, and business partners.
• Organise corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Support business development initiatives through lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience , with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role .
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
