Project Manager

Job Description

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resources to achieve project objectives.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
• Manage project costs, procurement, and contract administration.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Supervise site teams and provide leadership to engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues that may arise during project execution.
• Liaise with government agencies and authorities for inspections, approvals, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications will be an advantage.
