- Position: Customer Service Coordinator - Home Appliances
- Location: Ubi
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday
- Working Hours: 8.45AM to 5.30PM, Saturday - 8.45AM to 12.30PM
- Salary: Basic up to $2,500 Basic
- Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical
- Duration: Permanent

- Our client is an established home appliance service provider supporting customers across Singapore. They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, technician scheduling and daily service coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, messages and walk-in enquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate technician appointments.
- Liaise with customers, partner brands and internal teams.
- Update completed job details accurately in the system.
- Provide basic product or service information to customers.
- Support general administrative and operational duties.
Requirements:
- Customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of home appliances will be useful.
- Familiar with CRM systems, Google Sheets or similar applications.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused and able to manage multiple enquiries.
- No experience required, training will be provided!
