The essential responsibilities of the incumbent include:

. Respond to customers' enquiries via the respective Customer Service touch points like hotline, email and social media

. Work with different departments within the organisation on service recovery for case closure at customer's level

. Update and record the customers information via internal customer information system.

Formal Education & Certification

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level

• 2 years of working experience

Knowledge & Experience

• Customer Service experience
