Job Description
- Serve as the key ERP expert, providing system support, governance, and continuous improvement across Finance and SCM modules.
- Manage ERP configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations.
- Oversee ERP integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with related business systems.
- Manage ERP vendors and support partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and service quality.
- Administer ERP environments, system updates, licensing, security, and disaster recovery processes.
- Drive ERP standardization and alignment across multiple entities and regional operations.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions and support operational needs.
- Maintain system documentation, user access controls, compliance requirements, and change management processes
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of ERP experience covering both functional and technical responsibilities; Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience preferred .
- Strong knowledge across core ERP functions, including Finance, Supply Chain , and related business processes.
- Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, workflows, data management, and system enhancements.
- Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Exposure to multi-entity and multi-country ERP environments, including intercompany processes and system integrations.
- Experience managing ERP vendors or managed service providers and overseeing service delivery.
- Ability to bridge business and IT teams by translating requirements into effective system solutions.
- Experience creating user documentation, conducting training, and supporting user adoption.
- Familiar with IT governance, change management, and system documentation best practices.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Mandarin to support communication with regional stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365certifications are an added advantage.
