[SG] PM + Service Delivery Manager, D365 ERP

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice.
This hybrid role combines project delivery, managed services, client relationship management, and commercial governance, ensuring customers receive exceptional service throughout their ERP transformation journey. You will act as the primary client contact while coordinating internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and ongoing managed services engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Service Delivery
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation and managed services engagements.
- Coordinate consultants, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate project planning, workshops, governance meetings, and service reviews.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Build trusted relationships through regular governance meetings and operational reviews.
- Proactively manage customer satisfaction and drive long-term engagement.
Operational & Managed Services
- Oversee support delivery, case management, SLA performance, and backlog prioritisation.
- Coordinate enhancement requests and smaller work packages.
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into managed services.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Manage Statements of Work, Managed Services Agreements, renewals, licensing, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor utilisation, hours consumption, forecasting, invoicing, and contract health.
- Continuous Improvement & Growth
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and additional services.
- Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal Practice Leads and Solution Architects to deliver long-term customer value.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing ERP implementation projects and/or Managed Services delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, or enterprise software consulting environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across project delivery and support operations.
- Commercial awareness with exposure to contracts, renewals, and customer account management.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
