What You'll Be Doing
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and engaging suitable candidates.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify talent and business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Prepare and update recruitment records, reports, and databases.
- Create and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team.
- Learn about recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or higher qualification.
- Strong interest in recruitment, healthcare, or business operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
