Operations Executive

RN Care
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, process improvement, and workstation setup.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues to minimise operational downtime.
- Oversee operational expenses, track spending against budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Consolidate invoices for the finance team monthly.
- Manage procurement of software, hardware, and subscriptions, including software license management and renewals, ensuring value for money and timely fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate the responsible disposal of obsolete or unwanted equipment.
- Ensure a safe and functional work environment through office maintenance, renovations,and network management.
- Address and troubleshoot electrical issues for business continuity during outages.
- Maintain vendor relationships for favourable pricing and services.
Requirements
- Education in Operations Management or a related field.
- 1–3years of experience in an operations, admin, or generalist role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too! Please note that you will be considered fora junior role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, and network).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
