Job Scope:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and staff integration programmes.
- Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support performance management, training coordination, and staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, including staff enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain staff certification records and support manpower compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, recruitment, turnover, training, and manpower trends.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist / HR Operations experience.
