Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional face-to-face customer service and guide applicants through foreign driving licence conversion procedures.
- Assess and verify supporting documents such as driving licences, passports, identification cards, photographs and employment history in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Review applications to determine whether they can be accepted, processed or rejected , and explain application outcomes professionally to customers.
- Conduct necessary background checks, data entry and transaction processing using internal systems.
- Handle fee collection for driving licence conversion, traffic fines and other services via NETS terminals and online systems.
- Support other driving licence-related matters, including licence issuance, appeal cases, licence suspensions and processing of medical reports .
- Respond to simple email enquiries using standardised templates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Comfortable working in a frontline/counter service environment and interacting with members of the public.
