Senior Product Engineer (Electrical & Electronics)

This senior-level role supports the full product lifecycle for electrical and electronics systems, from new product introduction through manufacturing and sustained operations. The engineer will drive process improvements, manage component lifecycle and PCB design activities, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across functions to optimize quality, yield, and costs.
Responsibilities
- Support product transfer into manufacturing and drive process improvements
- Lead component lifecycle management across projects using Altium Vault and databases
- Develop embedded systems, electrical designs, schematics, and PCB layouts
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions during NPI and production phases
- Mentor junior engineers in technical problem-solving and design validation methods
Requirements
- 5+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with Master's degree
- Embedded systems, circuit theory, and analog/digital electronics expertise
- PCBA design knowledge and ICT/FCT manufacturing process understanding
- Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tool proficiency
- EMC/EMI design and countermeasures experience
- Advanced problem-solving methods: FMEA, 5 Whys, 8D, and DOE statistical tools
- FPGA programming in VHDL/Verilog and high-performance computing exposure
