Clinic Assistant
a1 medical kovan pte. ltd.
Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Registering patients and managing appointments
Handling phone calls, billing, and CHAS/Medisave/TPA claims
Assisting doctors during consultations and minor procedures
Dispensing and packing medications under supervision
Maintaining clinic cleanliness, stock, and infection control standards
Support in basic administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
Job Requirements:
Able to multitask, PC literate, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A good team player with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Full-time / Part-time position is available.
Essential qualities:
Friendly, organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
