Shalom Medcare is a wheelchair transport service provider in Singapore offering wheelchair-accessible transportation, medical escort services, and related support to ensure peace of mind for clients and their loved ones during transport.

Job Summary

You will coordinate and dispatch drivers for medical transport, manage daily trip schedules, serve as the main contact for healthcare facilities and clients, handle emergency dispatches, complete administrative tasks, and assist with driving when needed.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and manage daily transport and trip schedules to ensure timely medical transport services
• Serve as the primary contact for hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centers, and clients to coordinate transport needs
• Respond to real-time operational challenges by handling emergency dispatching and planning driver coverage
• Complete administrative tasks including billing submissions, trip logging, and ensuring compliance with PDPA regulations
• Assist with operational driving duties as required to support transport operations
• Manage and supervise drivers daily to maintain service quality and efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and BDVL Licence to perform emergency driver relief and coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and healthcare partners
• Apply crisis-handling skills to manage urgent operational issues and emergencies
• Use organisational skills to coordinate schedules and administrative duties efficiently

Other Information

Package & Perks:

• Basic salary: $2,500/month (negotiable)
• Driving allowances: Mon-Fri ($30 half-day / $60 full-day) | Sat-Sun ($50 half-day / $100 full-day)
