This is a client-facing wealth advisory role focused on investment-linked solutions and portfolio management. If you want to own your income, work with a serious systematized practice, and grow into leading a team, read on.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients across the wealth spectrum, with a focus on investment solutions and ongoing portfolio reviews
- Run financial needs analyses and translate market movements into clear, actionable advice clients understand
- Identify, target, and acquire clients across various wealth segments
- Host and invite clients to investment events and briefings (company-funded)
- Keep abreast of market events and develop into a team leader within ~12 months if you show the aptitude
The package
- Fixed monthly salary of up to $4,000 for your first 3 months — probation period
- A structured 3-month training programme designed to get you producing confidently before the salary period ends
- After probation: a commission-based model with no ceiling. Advisers who complete our programme and apply it consistently typically reach $5,000+/month — your income scales directly with your effort.
- Monthly investment training delivered by major fund houses, fully funded
- A defined leadership track with mentorship — not a vague "maybe one day"
