Job Description
Support campus planning and development activities, coordinating projects, procurement and stakeholders to ensure healthcare facilities and infrastructure requirements are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and development initiatives for the hospital campus
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and external partners
• Support procurement activities and project-related documentation
• Track project timelines, deliverables and outstanding action items
• Assist with project budgets, quotations and cost monitoring
• Review project requirements and coordinate necessary follow-up actions
• Support preparation of reports, presentations and management updates
• Coordinate meetings, site discussions and project activities
• Monitor project progress and escalate potential issues where required
• Support improvement initiatives relating to campus planning and development
