Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with customer’s order management on all order fulfilment and related issues
- Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipments
- Handle systems transactions in freight systems
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, B/L, permit declaration etc.
- Liaising with customers or/and airlines, transporter and overseas offices
- Generating invoices to the closing of files
- Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies
Job Requirements
- Min “O" / Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience / Experience in handling Ocean freight shipment
- Experienced in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage
- Familiar in SAP will be an advantage but is not a must.
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and power point)
