Job Responsibilities:
Execute multi-modal shipments (Air, FCL, LCL, and Cross-Trade) from booking to final delivery.
Verify critical shipping documents (BL, COO, shipping instructions) and oversee smooth customs permits/declarations.
Verify vendor invoices against job sheets, process client billing, and maintain accurate system records.
Secure vessel space, negotiate schedules with carriers, and liaise daily with clients and overseas agents.
Coordinate local trucking, warehouse operations, and container stuffing for on-time delivery.
Requirements:
GCE N-Level, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
1–2 years in freight forwarding operations preferred (Passionate fresh graduates are welcome to apply!) .
Familiarity with Incoterms, Bills of Lading (BL), FCL/LCL, and shipping documentation.
Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
