Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Attend to patients' enquiries and provide accurate information and clarification on services.
- Provide relevant service information to callers.
- Assist with appointment bookings from hospitals, SAF, and CHAS GP clinics.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Assistant Clinic Operations Executive or Clinic Operations Executive.
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
