Basic information:
- Salary UP $4,000
- Either Monday to Saturday or Tuesday to Sunday, 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (depending on roster)
- West region
- Required to work on PH (OIL will be compensated)
Job Scope:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Singapore-based customers via email and WhatsApp, delivering timely and professional support.
- Process and coordinate business customer orders, including bulk purchases and scheduled deliveries, ensuring accuracy in pricing, documentation, and order fulfilment.
- Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, lead times, order status, and post-delivery matters such as exchanges and returns.
- Prepare and provide supporting documentation, including Halal Certificates, Product Specifications, and Certificates of Analysis, upon customer request.
- Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and a positive customer experience.
- Generate customer quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and input from the Sales and Commercial teams.
- Process backend documentation to support accurate order fulfilment, picking, and delivery operations.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
