Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot EDI billing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
- Manage disputed invoices and ensure timely resolution with customers.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Liaise with local and overseas stakeholders to coordinate and resolve billing issues effectively.
