Responsibilities:
- Oversee site HSE management, compliance, and performance for Singapore projects.
- Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and safety measures.
- Lead HSE training, meetings, inspections, and behaviour observations.
- Coordinate with authorities, clients, contractors, and suppliers on HSE matters.
- Develop safe work procedures and monitor high-risk activities.
- Investigate incidents, track corrective actions, and drive safety improvements.
- Monitor HSE KPIs, records, and reporting to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, relate to safety, environment, construction, mechanic, etc.
