Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product delivery and launch execution, ensuring quality and timely implementation.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, manage scope, and proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and align solutions with stakeholders and technology teams.
- Oversee UAT activities, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
- Support post-launch activities such as verification, SOP documentation, and user training.
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to governance, compliance, and SOPs.
- Provide guidance to team members and ensure quality, consistency, and accountability in delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Diploma/A-Level or equivalent qualification
- Proven project management and coordination experience (project leadership experience is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
