Receptionist
Salary: $2,760/month
Contract: 1 year, with option to extend
Start Date: Sep 2026 | End Date: Aug 2027
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–4:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Requirements:
✅ GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
✅ Minimum 2 years’ reception/administrative experience
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Basic Microsoft Office and data entry skills
✅ Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
⭐ School experience and basic first aid knowledge are an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception, phone calls, enquiries and visitors
Handle filing, mail, deliveries and lost & found items
Support sick bay operations and provide basic first aid when required
Assist students leaving school early
Maintain reception and sick bay areas
Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned
