Job Scope
- Inspect incoming raw materials, electronic, mechanical, and OEM products to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring equipment.
- Record inspection results and process transactions in SAP.
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and document findings.
- Raise Quality Notifications (QN) for non-conforming materials.
- Maintain inspection records and support quality documentation (e.g., DHR).
- Perform other quality and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience.
- Experience inspecting PCBA, electrical, and mechanical components using engineering drawings.
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, Smartscope, and microscopes.
- Experience with SAP and regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills.
