Working Location: Northstar @ AMK, Singapore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Week: 5 Days Work Week

Annual Leave: 12 Days Onwards

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

. Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

负责应收账款及应付账款相关工作。

. Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.

进行银行对账,确保会计记录准确并及时更新。

. Perform accounting data entry and assist in the preparation of quarterly GST submissions.

负责会计数据录入,并协助准备季度消费税(GST)申报。

. Handle a partial set of accounts and maintain proper accounting records.

负责部分账目处理,并维护完整及准确的会计记录。

. Assist with statutory and management reporting, including preparation of financial statements and tax computations.

协助法定报告及管理报告,包括财务报表及税务计算的准备工作。

. Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities where required.

根据需要协助月结及年结相关会计工作。

. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

完成管理层安排的其他临时工作。

Requirements | 任职要求

. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

至少拥有会计、财务或相关专业文凭。

. Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.

至少1年相关会计工作经验。

. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

熟练使用 Microsoft Word 和 Excel。

. Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills.

注重细节,具备良好的组织及时间管理能力。

. Able to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.

能够同时处理多项任务,并在期限内有效完成工作。

. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.

具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力,能够与不同团队有效合作。

. Responsible, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

工作认真负责、条理清晰,并能够在较少监督下独立完成工作。
