Job Scope:
You will support the Quality Service Manager section in the following areas:
- Manage written communications from court users, including emails, online forms and letters, and prepare replies that address their concerns clearly, accurately and with sensitivity.
- Work with internal departments and public agencies to address service-related matters, strengthen service quality and improve the overall court user experience.
- Support the communication and implementation of service initiatives, resources and programmes that enhance the court user experience and encourage a strong service culture within SG Courts.
Requirements:
- Candidates with communications, business administration, arts and social sciences or service design-related backgrounds.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, accurately and empathetically.
- Good interersonal skills, with the ability to understand different perspectives.
- Meticulous and attentive to details, organised and able to manage time effectively when handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Contract Period: 1-year (from Oct 2026 & Jan 2026)
Working Location: Cityhall / Raffles Place
Mon to Thurs: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30pm EA License No: 96C4864
