Position : Kitchen Assistant

Pay : ₹166760 to ₹416900 per month

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to the daily menu and dietary requirements of residents.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
Ensure that all food is stored correctly and use-by dates are adhered to.
Help with the plating and serving of meals to residents, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met.
Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and deliveries.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures in the kitchen.
Support the head chef and other kitchen staff in day-to-day kitchen operations.
Participate in the planning and preparation of special meals or events as required.
Monitor food stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition.
