- Execute daily air logistics gateway operations for inbound and outbound freight
- Manage and optimise cargo flow using allocated and contracted airline capacity
- Monitor and plan uplift activities to maximise capacity utilisation while meeting customer service requirements
- Arrange additional spot capacity with airlines when required to meet operational demand
- Coordinate with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo movement
- Ensure compliance with aviation security, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support carrier engagement activities including space allocation and operational coordination
- Assist in airfreight consolidation planning to improve operational efficiency
- Provide pricing and quotation support for spot rates, RFQs, and trade lane requests
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and finance to support customer requirements
