Recruit Expert Pte Ltd
- Handle daily customer communications via calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses in a high-urgency environment.
- Verify shipment documents against cargo and export permits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (traffic, freight, operations) to arrange bookings and ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare shipment and billing reports, while resolving issues with customers and overseas counterparts to ensure timely operations.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level and above
- Proficient in CargoWise system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated team player with good analytical skills, initiative, and willingness to support operations outside regular hours.
