- Manage air import operations including cargo clearance, warehouse, and transport activities
- Coordinate with ground handlers, vendors, and internal teams for shipment processing
- Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
- Track shipments from arrival to final delivery
- Support cargo safety and security compliance
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure smooth operations
- Review vendor invoices and operational costs
- Support incident reporting and issue resolution
