Event Executive

Job Description:
Plan and coordinate events from enquiry to completion.
Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and timelines.
Coordinate venue setup, logistics, and event operations.
Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and on-site execution.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure venues are clean, safe, and ready for events.
Support audio-visual, lighting, and technical event requirements.
Resolve operational issues during events and provide timely updates.
Collect client feedback and prepare post-event reports.
Maintain event records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and venue regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Event Management,Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in event planning or event operations.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple events and work under pressured.
Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event logistics is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
